• Every room is cleaned daily between 9am – 4pm. The housekeeping will knock to notify of their intention to clean the room.
• Each guest can maintain their privacy by hanging “Do Not Disturb” Sign on the outside doorknob during cleaning hour. However, No cleaning available from 6pm.

CHECK-IN: From 2PM CHECK OUT: 12PM
Rooms are available from 2pm and all residents shall check out before 12pm on the day of departure. And kindly notify us of your arrival time if you are arriving later than 5pm.

Additional Fee
50% the best available rate for:

• Early check in between 8am to 2pm
• Late check out from 12pm to 3pm

Full day of the best available rate:

• Early check in prior to 8am
• Late check out after 6pm

• Any cancellation made before 1 day of arrival date will be free of charge.
• Any cancellation made on arrival date or no-show will be charged 100% of the total booking.

The Lobby is available for residents at 24 hours to relax your feet for both Pre & Post stay.

No Seafood are allowed in the guest room, Cool down room and common areas.
